Returns & Refunds

At GBL TECHNOLOGIES, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must request a return within [14/30] days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Include:

  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product

  • Order number

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within [1–2] hours of placement. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be processed or shipped.
